Thank you for purchasing products from this website. When you make a purchase or use this website, your rights will be subject to the latest content of this agreement.
How to order
This website adopts the pre-order mode . After placing an order, the system will automatically complete the order confirmation and inform members of the order status by notification.
After becoming a member, click on your product, select the pre-order deposit option and add it to the shopping cart. After payment is completed, our staff will contact you to explain in detail the subsequent delivery of the product and other related matters.
Payment Methods
1. Pay the balance on site
Pick up the goods on the spot, pay the remaining balance of the order, and complete the transaction.
2. If you are not satisfied with the product or price, you can choose the following options:
・Members who place orders have priority to purchase.
・We will reschedule the next batch of product appreciation for you to meet your needs.
·Apply for a deposit refund・Don't worry about shopping risks, we will refund your pre-order deposit in full.
Delivery time
Artificial synthetic jade is a customized product. Considering the production process and quality inspection, the delivery time of each product is slightly different. The general estimated delivery time is 2-3 months. If the product is completed ahead of schedule, we will notify members to arrange for pickup in the order of order establishment.
Pickup method
You can choose the following pickup methods to meet your needs:
1. Pick up the goods in person at the dealer's store
You can go to the dealer's designated store to inspect and pick up the goods in person.
2. Professional delivery service
We provide convenient door-to-door delivery service.
Outside Taiwan: If you choose to have your order delivered by a specialist, additional duties and shipping costs will be charged separately.
