  • Painting Series

This series of paintings is created by the Fang Ko-Cheng, a contemporary digital painting master often referred to as the modern Leonardo da Vinci. His works have also been selected as award-winning pieces in the "Glory of China – Global Ambassadors for Promoting Chinese Culture" global postal catalogue and included in a limited-edition postcard jointly issued by Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, and Ukraine. Furthermore, they will be prominently displayed on the giant screen in Times Square, New York on January 13, 2026 ! (Note 1)

The master was introduced to Western art history from a young age, laying the foundation for his early work in traditional Chinese ink painting. Later, he integrated Western realist painting techniques, particularly the mastery of light and shadow and structure, gradually shaping his unique artistic language. His works primarily focus on figures and animals, using extremely delicate brushstrokes to depict the layers of fur, texture, and expression in the eyes, presenting a near-photographic realism. In terms of creative philosophy, the master's works not only depict external forms but also attempt to capture the inner emotions, memories, and spiritual states of life.
